Two Dales Bakery
While the Two Dales Bakery in Reeth does not offer gluten free bread they do have vegan options in their cafe so pop along and see what is on offer while you are passing through on your way to Swale View.

Based in Leyburn only 25 minutes from Swale View the gluten free kitchen offer breads, cakes, pastries, puddings and loads more. Available to shop online as well as in their shop and at Campbells also in Leyburn. Sustainable palm oil only.
the blue lion
The Blue Lion at East Witton has vegetarian options as part of their standard a la carte menu, offer gluten free bread and more and have a small vegan menu as well. They do suggest contacting them ahead of a visit for vegan and gluten free requirements. The food there is amazing and has a lovely atmosphere.

Lots of the local pubs and restaurants cater for all diets. I would suggest a quick call ahead of any visit just to check what is available but my experience is that everyone is super helpful and will accommodate you as best they can.
kings arms
The Kings Arms in Reeth has a vegetarian menu offering curry, lasagne and risotto as well as having gluten free menu as well.
Alessandro's Sicilian
This has come as a recommendation but Alessandro’s Sicilian in Richmond does look really nice with lots of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. And as all their food is cooked to order they can accommodate your specific requests.

The Alchemists Cottage in Hawes has a fine selection of teas and coffees but also stocks up on gluten, dairy, wheat, and peanut free snacks which are ideal for when you are out walking.
